Something I've been curious about for a couple days is what non-Americans think of American cheese. Nasty? Never had it? Delicious?

Of course I can further expand the question for everybody for the fun of it ^_^

What is your favorite cheese?
What is your most hated cheese?
What do you think of American Cheese?

Real cheese comes from France and Holland. Nothing to add.
It's like talking about American beers. American beers are sodas, not beer :)

I have family that lives in Wisconsin, they would beg to differ. Known as "cheeseheads" they make some pretty good cheeses in that state.

Why do you think they call everyone from the netherlands cheeseheads?
America doesn't know cheese, they don't know beer.

Most Americans don't care where the Netherlands are. Americans hear "Netherlands" and think "nether regions" which means your private parts lol

As far as hamburgers? Oh, yes. We have hamburgers.

And as far as beer...the microbrewery explosion has happened in the US. More quality beers are happening every week here. Do your homework and check out how many mainstream European breweris have relocated to the US.

Most americans can't geographically point out any country to begin with, so don't start about americans not knowing where <insert country> is lol.

American beer will never be the same.
    Czech republic for beer capital.

    Im from the netherlands.

I like dutch cheese. Medium aged, old fasioned with some salt in it.

I hate health freaky light saltless tasteless cheese they all make nowadays.

Cant say the french cheeses that are green and blue from mould attrackt me much either, but i respect their culinary taste.

Americans have cheese ? Not imported or copied from others ?
Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.

In France you have around 400 different kind of cheese divided in 8 groups. They have very different tastes depending on those families. I can see the ones you don't like, but you should try some others.
