problem with bank account

ok i have a friend whos having trouble in their relationship and their other half locked their bank and my friend doesnt know their own code my friends stormbringer had all R9 necks belts etc. and he/she is also a major cash shopper......now i know the area of the site to form a ticket got the link my question is if he/she submitted a ticket would it get answered because ive seen so many ppl that have sent in tickets for various reasons and none have been answered i would love to know if theres anything a gm or whatever could do

    Sharing account is against Term of Service so I doubt GMs can do anything about that situation... other than banning all the accounts involved if your friend happens to met an evil, rule-obsessed GM. b:chuckle

    However if she mention "someone" **** her account or that she locked the bank "by mistake" there might be a chance for GM to help.

    I feel for your friend, but let this be a lesson to everyone...NEVER EVER share your account information with ANYONE, and I mean anyone. Not a girl/boyfriend, wife/husband, daughter/son, sister/brother, etc. Not even a Siamese twin (if the latter make them turn their head and close their eyes before logging in).

    Chances are as stated above, as it was an account that was shared, GMs won't help due to the breaking of a cardinal rule.
