how to get out

I just started playing this again and was wondering how to get out of the new starting area.

    You get out of celestial vale by getting to lvl 20-22 or if your a high lvl that just ported in, all it takes is to see the nearest teleporter under quest related and accept its quest to return to perfect world.

    You get out by taking a quest from any teleport master in Celestial Vale. You get back in by taking a quest from the teleport master in any racial home city. Level doesn't matter.
