did they remove the dragon quests

im on a new character on rip tide and mr yeh doesnt have the love of dragon quest. did they remove them from the game ?

    They're still around and can still be done starting at level 20.

    Mr. Yeh, however, who gives the Love of Dragon quest that unlocks Dragon Quests, seems to have gone AWOL.

    Nope, he's just been moved. He's now in the northeast quarter if I remember correctly.

    Unless they level capped the quest it no longer exists. The quest no longer appears in available quests and Mr. Yeh has no quest. You can still do the mold/prize quests from the Dragon Herald.
