Dual accordance broken!?

I have come to love my dusk blade after playing seeker but am I the only one that notices dual accordance/motionless move is not healing like it should? I have experimented several times and gotten no healing back from the combo.

    I'm pretty sure Dual gives you the health boost on its own if your target's health is higher than yours after it was used. Motionless Move gets the Crit boost regardless.

    Ok i see where may have mislead what I meant. There is no healing after dual accordance whether the targets hp is higher or not I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or not

    Its been working for me just fine m8 (even went out and tested it just now against a random passive Seaspray Bladewolf after taking a little beating)

    Haven't been on in a while, but I remember it working fine. It's based on current hp, not max, in case you were getting confused. Also pretty sure it's percentage based, not number.
