So Two weeks later and still no CODE

Realy ? I seen them put in a code on the fly .

X-box or no X-box im sure not getting there game.

Your haveing that much issue puting in a code with a few keystrokes and updating?

How the heck we going to trust you on a gameing console?

    Is this going to be the same as the DQ points, years later and ppl still QQing about things that were an added bonus and not a god given right. PWI/CN/E can take and give as they please they never said we will get codes guaranteed every week from here till eternity. Yep sure they are prob caught up with big NW stuff, Xbox1 Launch etc but lets look at it from their (PWhomever) point of view (Business wise) NW have more players, thus prob makes them more money so gotta play to the profit and keep them happier than those that dont make u quite as much money. Revenue dwindling on this for years prob so in summary please we dont need a weekly update that there are no codes, we know this for ourselves b:bye

    DQ may not be something we are required to have but we WERE promised we would have a replacement for it. Over a year later and they havent said a word about it and ignored the thread vehemently. Customer service for any game should be better then that. Don't make promises you can't or won't keep specially to people that expect to be given said promises.

    I agree, customer service in not just this game but all PWE games is way below what is should be. From talking to other that play games here there are a lot of people that will not put money into any or these games do to the poor service and poor way the servers for example of this game has proformed. I've heard from friends about glitches with Zen as well. People charging Zen or using gift cards and not getting their Zen in a timely manner, then when they make a ticket are told it will take 5 - 10 days then when the Zen is still not there told it might take up to 30 days....why would anyone want to put money in to anything when they can't get anything for it?

    Over 200 zen purchases over the years and I had one issue that took them two days to fix. Gift cards regardless of where you use them are notorious for having issues, mainly due to the companies that provide the gift card service.

    EDIT - its why I never use gift cards for anything. They are more trouble than they are worth

    DQ I've lived without. They have made up for it in other ways. The weekly codes we have been given in the past were not a lifetime of game guarantee. Nice to get them from time to time, but sadly the greed of the players come to 'expect' freebies all the time like puppies to a food bowl. If we continue to get them, fine. If not its not game breaking.

    5 Years ago some politician promised to fix the UK economy so i voted for him, 5 years on im still poor so im not gna vote for him this time. People tell lies, people make promises they cant keep, people make promises the companies they work for cant or wont keep. It happens all the time. Going on about it again and again after a year isnt going to suddenly get u what u want. Yep its poor customer service but if you aren't happy quit, by not quitting you accept the way you are being treated.

    Forget about DQ/Codes etc, if it happens it will be a pleasant surprise, if it doesnt you wont be feeling disappointed anymore. Yah sure customer service and all that but the goose has laid its golden egg with this game, the cow has truly been milked dry. All games have a shelf life and this one is in its twilight, just enjoy it for the time it has left.

    You can thank all those abusers for this i think. How is PWI ever gonna trust us players again?

    Ah, more ignorance.

    I have no ability to fix the game, and neither does PWE. If you actually want the game "fixed", fly over to PWBeijing and meet with their corporate heads. I'm sure it'll go over really well.
