Deleted Reawakening Quest - Help!

Hi,
My wife deleted her reawakening quest and we cannot find the quest dispatcher or the quest in the "Find Quest" tab. She's a new lvl 100 Assassin, with Aware of Vacuity cultivation.
Can anyone help us find where to pick up that quest line?
My quest for it is at "What is Reawakening?", a Main Quest. We cannot find this for her.

Okay, I think that will help. She has the prerequisite quest to that one, "New Horizons."
