    Had that happen a couple times last week. NPCs had no HP and I couldn't talk to them... couldn't use any skills... couldn't even log out (it was as if I was in the middle of having a massive lag spike). Oddly, I could talk to faction members in chat without delay/issue, though.

    I had a second account running at the same time and it was fine. To close the bugged account I actually had to use the system task manager to shut it down manually.

    Same here, only could talk in GC or SC, then the lag spikes happen and then more lag spikes till you can't take it anymore. I closed everything and restarted also, even my computer for that matter and yet. I missed out in tw cause of this. b:cry
