I'm talking about the oriental dress and a few other pack-only fashion sets that can't be found anywhere else. It would be good if there was a screenshots archive of pack fashion, or something like that. I see people on wc selling some sets, but I don't even know how they look. b:surrender

The. "Show Off Your Fashion" in the screen shot area gives a good enough preview of the outfits if you wish to check it especially when new fashion comes our way. What we need to make is a seperate thread just for male fashion so it'd be a bit easier if guys are looking for a specific set (if someone was willing to post it)

I'm actually the one who hosts that Ecatomb mirror! Unfortunately, as per usual, I'm always incredibly busy with ~32 hours of work per week + 18 credits (5 courses!) in my 5th year of college. I have a lot of side projects that are planned for the future, but please understand that for now, I am somewhat bottlenecked by the lack of free time.

Future plans:

-Completely update Ecatomb! Fashion, mounts, and flyers!
-Begin preliminary work on our very own PWI-Wiki that will be hosted under my domain! Users can add what they like, and I will be spearheading a major campaign of converting old guides to the new Wiki + adding images

I'd eventually like to make the website (gdevtalk.net) a one-stop shop for all fan-related things to this game, but as I've stated in the past, I lack the time right now. You see, we need to preserve what goodies we have as a community, because as time goes on, people will stop hosting things. Ecatomb was one example, but who's to say that resources like PWI-Wiki isn't shut down? What about the PWCalc, or PWDatabase? What happens if the owners decide enough is enough and shut the servers down? That's where I hope to come it. I can offer free hosting with the potential of user-based updates and/or updates by me. I've been a part of this game and community since the release of this version, and no matter how the game turns out (company, game updates, etc), I can pretty much assure people that I will continue the hosting of things like Ecatomb, wikis, etc.

Furthermore, I run backups of my server fairly often. This means that if a database crash occurred, I would loose very little user data. I have unlimited hosting space, bandwidth, and enough website design knowledge that creating MySQL databases and user accounts/access is pretty standard and easy.

Also, eventually the inevitable shut down of this game will occur. It happens to ALL games. However, with enough resources available, I could run multiple private servers for folks with standard and increased rates of exp/drops, etc. As it stands, I have enough knowledge to create a private server for PW, but I would struggle on finding reasonable hosting to protect from DDOS attacks at a reasonable price. I have a Vent server, my own blog/news portal, a forums for all GDevTalk related projects/faction, a faction website, and a music-related side-project.

But, as much as I would enjoy doing things for this community, I lack the time to implement everything. In due time, I can assure you guys that things stated above will come true. It's just a matter of time, really.

And just as a side note on the p-server thing:
I would never host a p-server unless this game version was shut down. At that point, I'd probably have a few options for people. I'd like to get a server for classic 1.3.6 and 1.4.4, then a modern server (all servers w/ normal rates), and finally a modern increased-rate server. I've put some thought into this, and while it would potentially split the community up, it would give choices and options for people.
