Change safe code - billing address and phone number

Hello,
I'm trying to recover the safe code of my account, but the Support need the "complete billing address and phone number".
How can i find this info? Not sure if i had to submit that info, but if i did it was completely random

    That would be your billing address and phone number. Something you might have submitted if you had ever purchased zen.

    Thats' my problem. I never CSed there and i never wrote my real adress.
    Adress must be smth like "asasdsadasdsad" and phone 1234567

    And any idea if this info is available somewhere?

    I don't know if it can be retrieved without some other form of identification, and not having CSed, you have no real form of identification for them to use.

    Wow... I hope they don't ever need that from me for some reason. I've moved 5 or 6 times since I set up the account in 2008 and don't remember the older address details.
