Redeeming problem: You dont have a character

So, I had this problem on two different accounts today.

When I try to redeem a code, it says that I dont have any character created on pwi, even though they are there. The system even gave me the 95 lvl pill to them via mail by logging in, so it is recognizing their existance. Its only the redeeming pill system that seems a bit odd.

Anyone had the same problem? Suggestions?

    Are they new accounts/characters? It usually takes a bit for them to be recognized.

    Yeah, they are new, but usually it takes not much more than 2 minutes for them to be available to be redeemed codes on. I've been waiting in one account for 20 minutes now, that's not usual.
