Ticket issue

I know this is not the right thread but i cant create a new one and i need a help asap. I am trying to submit a ticket to the gms bur every time i click submit it sais "Please select an item under Game Support" i got no ideea what to do i have filled all the blank boxes under that and still nothing. I really need help

    Please anyone i would be really grateful or at least tell me another way to ask for help from a GM

    Hover over and click on the black/white arrow to the left of Game Support. There are more options below.

    It looks kinda like this

    > Arc Support
    > Billing Support
    > Game Support
    > Account Inquiries
    > In-Game Issues
    > Technical Issues
    > Website

    And more options below those
