Hey guys, remember what happened to Dreamweaver before the weekend?

Well now it's hit Harshlands too. Word's been sent out and we're waiting for more information. This post will be edited as news comes in.

    b:angry Yet again we have a problem everyone being disconnected then getting message " Could not retrieve character list" which means the server holding the account details is down. Since ARC arrived it has been one problem after another and now they put a new game engine that is a memory hog that causes even more problems. Get your act together PWI or you will all be jobless soon when nobody left to play your games.

    Is anyone else having trouble logging game, i keep getting an Unable to retreive character list. After i had already been on game and noticed guild chat wasnt working and tried to relog to fix it. Harshlands server.

    Just to clarify. Unable to log any account on the server, wife has tried hers also. Trace came back good. Ping shows good. All files reverified.

    People mass DC'd and unable to get on server

    Login works and the server list shows they are up but after login NO chars are available to use b:bye

    Game server is blocked, but login (Arc) server is accessible.

    As above I was in game d c'd for no apparent reasong then told as I try to re-log...unable to retreive character list.....

    Whats happening sparkiesoft?

    Any explanation pls???

    Im now being told from friends its happening on ALL servers. I would like to know who dropped the ball.

    Yes its down, freaked me out a bit too, since the character list didnt show. Hopefully they fix that soon, not cause I cant play but because I hate to think my toon is gone or messed up.

    I am having the same problem.

    I was online, inside cube of fate. Everything was working fine. Then at some point, i could not click on NPC anymore to send me to next room. I kept clicking and clicking and nothing.
    I noticed that the chats were still working properly, so the screen was not frozen, i just could not proceed. The NPC had a yellow flag above head like usually, but like i said, clicking on it, did nothing. So i tried to relog to fix this, and when i tried it did not let me. So i had to force log off game. Once i tried to come back into the game, it repeatedly said *Could not retrieve character list* and kicked me off.

    I do not know what the problem is, but apparently something with the server. Please fix this problem.
