Missing 1 character from your whole list

I have heard a number of people complaining that they cannot get all the information for 1 character. They can log in to the game fine, but one character on alll the character list it DCs you out to the main screen. Who else has this issue. I know people have, because of this, now have an unplayable account as that one toon was the last geared up.

Yep I'm one of those. The last update to my ticket was they were working on it. I put in the ticket yesterday when I logged in after the first downtime and was missing all of my gear, fashion I had on, and war avatar cards. I had to submit a list of items missing from my character which I was fortunate to have. I'm not sure how or when they are going to fix this, but it is my main toon. No NW for me tonight b:cry0

Yes, I'v the same issue. All but my main toon on the one account will enter the game fine. The main goes instantly to [Error Retrieving Charactor Information for this Account] It would be lovely if OPKOSSY or a GM would address this in the forum soon so we understand what's happened and what is being done to retrieve these missing toons. Some of us have invested years of time and real money into them. So yes, sad as it may seem to some, they do matter to those of us who are hoping to see them in game again, in tact. For them to be allowed to vanish, lost in a digital blackhole, would speak very poorly of the game thats been my personal favorite for a long time and the people contolling the fate of these missing toons.
I wish everyone good luck in this matter. Hopefully we'll all be back in game soon. b:victory

The person who has my gear has contacted me linking my gear. Your system flip flopped our gear somehow. I would like you to fix both of our gears. I have already submitted a ticket on this and as ALL the gear he linked is TT based it's bound so no way he could possibly steal it. Please I want my gear and toon restored and his and everyone else's as well. Here are links from our conversation.
Dreams made that Glavie for me ages ago and I used it on Mer up until I went r9r3. Most Tempest peps and all my friends know that's my glaive and it's TT based.
My cloak. My name my refines and shards. I have evidence this gentle has my gear so I know proof positive the gear was switched. Please just fix it he needs his HA gear and I need my gear. I ask that you please check the accounts I sent you a list of the gear already in a ticket and tbh there is fashion as well but I can't play my toons without the gear and neither can he.

Don't let this decision stand Sparkie. This isn't replacement of gear it's what was his.

Yep same as me. I have sent in screenshots of the person who has my gear. Of course they would swap if they could but it's bound. I don't have their gear..I have someone elses. There's no sort of theft or anything like that. They have all my war avatar cards as well...that isn't even possible to take.0

They asked me to make a list of missing gear i cant even log the character its new i cam easily start over but why should i when they r the 1s that caused this and how do ppl suddenly get gear from other ppl that is bound to an account amd get told sorry there isnt anything we can do what did they do while trying to fix the dreamweaver login issues that caused this0

I can't get the character logged in since DW was "fixed" but while it was up and down on Thursday I was able to log in and that's when this whole thing was discovered. It happened to my character after the we were able to log in the first time. I don't know if everyone else had the same experience.0 -

Some people were kind enough to Private Message or game mail the people whose names on the gear also.0 -
Heard someone called PWI and was told by a representative after he advise them he received someone else's gear. "Just keep it,sell it, NPC it whatever you want as we'll just replace the gear." Every time PWI "replace's someone's gear"that I have spoken to..they get **** rolls, no shards and no refines. Is this truly the response from PWI? If so do you feel if it were you being told this that it's good customer service? I would very much like to see something in writing from PWI on this matter.

i was wondering what happend to my BANK toon i had a half set of g16 HA and multi g16 weps and a ton of packs and tokens sent a ticket never got a responce i mean WTF delete peoples toons smart pwi this game is going to hell0

I feel sorry for everyone who has lost gear through no fault of their own and have to go through the torture and suffering of seeing the hard earnt gear being sold for "a quick buck". Would be bad on a shop toon that has a lot ot merchant/sell off0

My stormbringer Phairoh is missing entirely. She doesn't show up on my character list at all, and a friend has helped me verify it's not just my client being an issue. I've submitted a ticket and the GM told me "it can seem like your character vanished when you log onto a different server, sign on to Dreamweaver and your character is there." Don't you think I've tried that? She wasn't a lvl 100 with all high level rank gear or anything, but I spent time with a close friend to work on her and had been given an eternal love fashion pack. How do you go from login issue to characters vanishing, really?0

Still no replies via mail or here. I very much would like to hear something from a member of PWE staff as to what will happen with these missing toons and their gear. We've waited all weekend and now through Monday and no one at PWE answers their phones. Please at the very least we are owed as your customers an answer as to the resolution of this issue as many have been affected adversely.

should have been fixed right away now uve put out a 3x exp, 2x drops and those that can get on their mains or no longer have their gear cant even make use of it this is BS that we r being put thru this. its not fair to the ppl that have been playing this since the servers started and even those that are new. All costumers and this is the type of service we are recieving.0

Being advised by others affected by this that our tickets are being closed unanswered and we're to send in a new ticket with a new question.
Seriously -.-...the old question was never answered and closing the ticket still leave the issue unresolved. So I ask will you fix this or are you just closing the tickets and leaving those of us affected by this to suffer cause you're just not going to do anything?
If you leave this as it is then this is the worst customer service any company has ever provided.
So don't be asking why you're losing your clients and don't say anything when these same unhappy clients go post things to Twitter and Facebook about how you failed to help.

my ticket now reads "Support Replied" yet there is no reply. I open the ticket up and it now says "This ticket cannot be Reopened/ Replied to if you need further assitance please submit a new question by clicking the "Contact Us" tab"
This tells me they are not going to do a dam thing about any of our lost characters or items with is complete BS, not only make us wait for over a week but now wont let us add more to our orignal Tickets. WTH PWE this is the type of service u provide. At this rate your lucky that u have any costumers at all0 -
Welcome to the EPIC, wonderful and awesome customer support system. Brought to you by the ppl who take your money, then tell you to go **** yourself- PWE. I wouldn't expect anything to change. They have no clue how to handle a customer base with honesty and integrity. A SEVERE lack of business acumen has been well documented and noted. Not to mention a complete absence of people skills. They got what they wanted from you- your money (most important), and your time. Getting something in return for your loyalty to this game will remain to be seen until they slaughter this game to its end. WELL DONE, Perfect World!! WELL DONE!!

I finally got a response from support saying the developers thought they fixed the issue, and that should see my character again. Upon logging in, she is still gone. Nothing has changed at all. Even though the response said to reply to them as soon as I had time, the ticket has been closed and cannot be reopened or replied to. I'm going to submit a new ticket, but at this point I'm thinking most of us are just screwed. It doesn't seem things are being fixed at all.0

You're right, it's not fixed yet. BUT...........

It talks about the latest that's been discovered only yesterday. It appears that Chars have been logged on by the PW people as they try to restore them back into the game for us. Also that thread tells you how to see if yours has been logged on by them recently. A very good sign, by the way. They thought they had it working, thus the Emails we recieved saying they were fixed, but as we know, that was not the case. Yesterday I recieved an Email (not an auto-reply) indicating clearly, that PW is still making every effort to recover our lost chars. Difficult as it is, try to remain patient. They haven't given up yet, so don't you

I have the problem where I can't get to my character. Though since I only made one, I can't even play the damn game without having to make another. I guess I just will wait for it to be fixed, and I really hope that someone doesn't have my stuff. Going to be kinda of upset if someone does cause I wouldn't want it to be sold or anything since I had the things for a while. Though it seems my entire account is messed up.0
