Missing characters in account

OMG, i just logged in 10 of my accounts and when i log in, none of them had characters on, i can't see any of my characters...what is happening??? when i logged 9 hours ago they were still there and I definitely did not delete any characters...

Anyone facing the same issue??!

    nvm, i realized it was logged into another server into of archosaur hence i can't see my characters, mods please help to close this so sorry
