Probelm with "Sieze the Chroma Herb"

I have an issue with a quest with "Sieze the Chroma Herb". The issue I have with it is that when I click on the item listed in the quest to obtain, it brings me to the black part of the map on the far right. Can any one explain to be what's going on because to me this sounds like an issue for game programing. Can some one please explain to me further as to what to do other than dropping this quest.

    The NPCs for that quest are on Nightscream Island - you can get to it from the teleport pad on the ship in the harbor of Dreamweaver Port. The pathing issue is probably due to an oops on the scripter's part, they've misidentified which area the NPCs can be found in (listed as main world, but should be the Nightscream Island).

    While I agree it shouldn't send you to places you can't reach, the quests says "The elder in Dreamweaver Port asked you to enter Nightscream Island to seize the Chroma Herb from Brigand Assassin and then return it to Apothecary Wu.". Simple lack of reading.

    just read the quest description push "Q" and look in your quest list there is a little description telling you where,what and quantity... you shouldn't have problems if you read
