Text error in skill books.

It looks like some of the skill books don't match up with the revamped skill window. I only noticed this with my Veno when I went to learn the skill. The cultivation requirements for the skill contradict each other. It appears though the correct one is Master of Harmony since it will not let me learn the skill and I have met all requirements but the cultivation.
