incomplete morai lvl 95 set

Just did all morai chain quest to get the gear set, I got all except for bracers of twilight.

Instead from the NPC which supposed to give the bracers, I got an option to pick rewards of shards instead, b:surrender

Anyone else have this problem?

    All of the chain? The common shard choice is fairly early on. I also did the full set of quests yesterday, but I did get all the gear.

    I did all the chain, and I didn't visit any merchant except when buying the shabby shards for aquest, and as I got each gear piece, I put it at the end of my bag slot. Which in the end I realize I'm missing the arm piece.

    I already revisited each npc in Morai, but none of them have quest anymore, probably just my bad luck I guess b:surrender

    The bracers are a reward for defeating Corpse Orchid, you get them from Trader Yob I believe.
