Missing Characters due to missing server?

I used to have a low level character on the Momaganon server a long time ago that i stopped playing before it changed to the Morai server. That character is not on the character screen anymore on the Morai and there is no Momaganon server now ?
But when i Log into arc to redeem a code i get the Momaganon server + that toons name as the first option on the pick server/character screen.
Is there any way to delete that character so i dont have to get that server/char option anymore every time i try to redeem a code in Arc? ( 'specially since it doesnt exist anymore? )
tried sending in a ticket.. got the automated reply back and a couple weeks later when i checked the ticket was closed and still unresolved.
SO..i sent in a new ticket with a reference to the old closed ticket since above the old one in big blue font it clearly says "This incident cannot be reopened or updated. If you need further assistance, please submit a new question by clicking the "Contact Us"."
- and i get a reply back for that one saying something like this is a duplicate of blah blah ticket ( which i clearly stated and gave them the reference number saying it was closed ).. and the reply said please refrain from sending duplicates and that the second ticket will be deleted while the original one will remain unaffected..and is still closed
This is clearly a rant at the pro customer service we have with tickets but has anyone come across this issue and knows how to get it sorted out?
or am i totally missing something and there is a Momo server?

The characters from both EU servers were merged. You may need to just delete a few until the one you want to deal with shows up.(Insert fancy image here)0

except i dont have any to delete o:
if i log in from the game client, the character screen is empty - 0 characters on the EU server
i only play on the RT server and made that 1 extra one on the EU server ages ago to check the diff between pings for my part of the world0
