Support staff taking a break?

I sent a ticket weeks ago that i admit the first support staff was good on but 2 weeks later i try to check with them the statuse of my probolem becaus it was not sorted they were looking into it for me and cant add a message to the ticket anymore it sayid if i had further questions open a new ticket, after opening a new one i just keep getting told its a dublicate as if pwi are trying to brush under the rug that they just forgot about my first ticket and blocked me from saying anything more on it ...b:angry. And its not like the original probolem was small unless everyone just has 2 +10 items reset to unrefined as they are sleeping .

    I submitted a ticket today and got a response today... sooo that's not the case. Maybe your ticket was poorly worded or instead of Updating it you keep putting in a new ticket?

    The thing is it wasnt poorly worded the first person 2-3 weeks ago replyed and stated it would be looked into and now i cannot update the old ticket which is my probolem hence the new ticket which they just closed telling me my ticket asking them why i couldnt update another was a dublicate.

    The responses that you get immediately following your ticket submission is a standard auto reply. At this point, no one has seen your ticket yet. And once you submit your ticket and unless the GM asks for specific information, you cannot add to, or update, your ticket. Also, when they tell you they are "looking into it" or "a full investigation will be conducted," at this point, you've been dropped into the PWI cyber world pinball machine (and you're the pinball) to get tossed around until you just give up. AWESOME customer service, wouldn't you say? b:angry

    As Sparkie said in an earlier post there are a lot of people on vacation this time of year, so my guess is the already thin staffing is even more sparse.

    Sometimes "we'll look into it" is the answer and now your old ticket is in a closing state.

    Also, don't forget christmas and new years. Those are holidays for many companies around the world and you won't see them fully staffed from the 23rd of December until the 2nd or 3rd of January. In the case of the company I work for, (one of the largest in it's industry), full staffing won't resume until Monday the 5th.

    Out of curiosity, what was your issue?

    If this problem only happened at this time of the year, it would be understandable. But it happens all year long. Not just during the holiday season.

    First off @ missbytch2u the support staff had got back to me and spoke with me in the ticket also told me to open a thread in the forum for bugs ect which i did aswell at the time.

    @ SylenThunder, the issue was that on this account i loged in did bh loged off and went to bed the next morning log back in in same spot only to find my +10 necklace was now unrefined as was my +10 weapon , the refinments had just dissapeard altogether i was realy shocked that it was only these 2 pieces for one thing but also then i found the same on my seekers + 8 weapon on a different account that i had taken to the same bh was also missing its refines on its weapon only but was also in exact same spot as id loged it off. b:sad , as for the coustomer support generaly i get a swift reply and some actualy action but possibly its because i did it from the non cash shop connected account.

    b:surrenderFor the love of Pete, it's called a period. I am sure every written language has them. Or at least something to show then end of one sentence, and the begining of the next.
    I only say this because one huge run on sentence that is 8 lines long hinders comprehension. Not that it is impossible, but some may not take the time to.

    @UnboundFury: Yes the first sentence had one then i had 4 lines before adding another but forgot a capital letter after it there is punctuation in the post just not as much as there probobly should be.
    However my bad spelling and my abismal punctuation are not the matter at hand and have nothing relivante to do with this post at all so thank you for waisting however long it took you to right that post just to be absolutly usless. b:victory
