Can't continue Wraith's Ploy quest chain

Hey,

So I wanted to open the OHT-Maps on my seeker. He is currently level 76, first reawakening. I did not open the maps on my first playthrough and can't enter OHT. The first steps of the chain were no problem. I now got to the point where I have to pick up the quest to kill Silverfrost at Sage Lu. But for some reason the quest in my tracker is in Red color and it says "Unable to redo current mission, unable to complete this quest!". It also won't let me turn in, even tho Sage Lu got the scroll over his head. Has anyone else had the problem?

    I just passed that part on a non-reawakened character, so it may be because you're reawakened.

    I am not sure if you can trash the quest, but after certain level map 1 quest starts to work different depending how high you are.     If you can trash the quest but cannot take it again, it is because you need lvl 100 again.

    Level to 85, then it should work fine.

    When you ReAwaken, the game treats you as your current RB level, not your 100+ previous level, for quests (thi is why you cannot do bh100's with an under 100 RB character)

    The quest to kill SilverFrost is (I believe) a level85 quest, so your RB character has to be at that level on his RB to do it.

    Hmm, the person I was questing with was level 83 (non reawakened) and could do the quest just fine. I will, however, try it out, and if this does not work, trash the quest and try to retake it. Thank you!
