help with zen

I bought zen over 48 hours ago. Where is it???? it says the transaction was succesful. I have logged out and back in of course, checked email, sent in ticket ( no response) checked my wallet on arc, checked in auction house. don't know what else to do.

    You know you can edit your previous post instead of making a duble post.
    And you have to be patient and wait untill someone that knows see your post on forum and can answer you.
