Glacial Waters

Hello. Do you know the daily quest "Winter is coming"? Well I got stuck on the sub-quest "Glacial Waters". I have to empty 3 bottles and have no idea how, so any suggestions?

    There are few different versions of the quest, but I think I have done that one. If you have the quest tracker open and go to the coords it tells you, will you end up in the river? I believe I had to dig something that was underwater, but the items were really small and I almost missed them.

    there are little glowing blue dots off to the side of where you get ported...not on bottom of lake kinda in mid
