    the people with super high ping misunderstand the message from pwi, also.
    every extra ms in ping symbolizes one extra firework they will ignite just for you. b:dirty

    pan gu loves cash shoppers as much as he loathes pure farmers. that's why he cursed me with the lowest luck-index possible. my weapon needed 21 recasts for those meh adds, and the r9 ring refine ate over 10k mirages before i capitulated and orbed it from 0 to +11. you won this time pan gu! b:sad

    On Dreamweaver I had 25k ping at worst and it's still very laggy 8k atm. I can't do base quests with this lag.

    If you mean that giveaway to register to that site, those codes were so flimsy and most ppl didn't even get orbs for registering. The code was abused so they kepts closing the code and re-opening the owner of the site just said no more codes today and said next time they will try to stop abuse of code.
