    i always can do multiclient since Arc is on. just run elementclient and updater shows, play button, log another account.

    but good to know anyway.

    I contacted support to make sure that I am allowed to have two accounts. <ty for snipping, hubby just reminded me not to post the full thing. Came back to snip myself. Sorry about that. I really forgot> But I got from them that it was not allowed. So I am asking once more before I del my angel. Gods im gonna miss her if i have too.

    Support was being stupid. It's a limit of two accounts per person with the exception of those who had more than two accounts before the rule was implemented. So you and everyone in your house can have their own two accounts and it's perfectly acceptable.

    I really do not know. And I doubt that support is stupid. I think that maybe they just do not know. I sent a letter asking again to make sure before I del her. Maybe that person was simply not aware of situation. But I am not going to duel log again untill I know for sure. LOL unless since your a mod your word is got :P Which I am totally awesome with

    Normally, I wouldn't really call them stupid, but recently they've been rather terrible overall and have been misinforming players, attempting to pass off issues they should solve to people who can't actually do anything, and so on and so forth. In the past, this sort of thing would be an exception and they'd overall do things very well and concisely as well as usually offer genuinely good information (I've had MANY issues solved in a concise and timely manner by them in the past)... but as I said, recently they've been... pretty horrible.

    While normally, I'd encourage that second letter, right now odds are you won't get an accurate answer. Don't be dismayed by them if they seem to think you can only have one account. On PWI it's two accounts per person, aside from the grandfather clause mentioned above, and each person can run up to two clients at a time.

    Ty very much. I think from this post, and such, and that you seem to know what your talking about as a mod, That I will go ahead and load cheapbunnie. But maybe not the others for now. But ty for making me feel better that she does not have to go. I loves her

    could some1 PLEASE tell me how we can hav 1 higher toon helping a lower toon on the same account?i no I used 2 do it before arc came out,not sure now how 2 do it,ty

    You could never log into the same account twice on the same server. It's always been two separate accounts.

    We still can't transfer characters from 1 account to another huh?
