bugged quest

doing quests i face this problem on the quest : Seize The Chroma Herb.

so far so good pick the quest auto route to the herb and afk while flying. when i get back i see that stopped flying i land ready to dig the herb i land on the sea and when i open the map to see if im right on top of it....

sooooo..... how do i get that?
