The Worst Possible Glitch/ Failure from PWI

So, my character - twice reborn level 103, celestial demon of a BladeMaster has had his spiritual cultivation nerfed to Aware of Principle, cause of a quest in Celestial Vale to kill some mob named SnowGrind Fox, I killed it and handed it in and got the message - Spiritual Cultivation - Aware of Principle!

What's more, I can't enter certain instances like Abaddon or Seat of Torment, I cannot even learn Primal skills!!!!!

Here is the cherry on top - The reply I get for my ticket? "we have no solution for this issue as of now but will notify the developer team"

Now just what am i supposed to do with a nerfed rank 9 third cast blade master who can't maximize his primal passive skills or enter instances?

Really pwi, this is indeed a heart breaker.

    I would definitely post that in the bug report forum if you haven't already.

    Also, open another ticket. They can edit your cultivation level manually in your character's xml file. You would just need to wait for it to be done at maintenance.
