Flyer Quest for new update!???

So I am a level 33 earthguard and freaking the heck out because I accidentally chose the wrong flyer wayyyy back in the Celestial Vale flyer quest (phoenix and all that) [because not paying attention]. Anyways, I have tried patience, thinking the free permanent flyer quest would pop up around level 30. That has not happened yet and I am losing my mind I can't move up in my cultivation and doing quests is getting way harder.
Is there another aerogear/flyer/wings/whatever quest at all in this update? Because plenty of changes have happened and I need to know if this quest was just totally removed b:cryb:cryb:cryb:cryb:cry

    Check with the Elder in Archosaur. I think he's the one who gives you the quest for the flyer.
    Also if you have event gold, you can buy a flyer in the event boutique.
    If you bite some one, they get mad and smack you.
    But if you lick them, you still get the flavor.
    And they think you're weird.
