when I go into zones that is controlled by another guild there is a loot control timer on the top of my screen saying I have 7hrs to be able to loot in that zone, and sence I am guildless it is with all zones . does recharge or do I need to be in that guild or what plz explain this to me because the way this game runs to me its not worth playing if I cant get loot, exp, or skill points off of monsters then why should I even play?

Your loot timer is the same, guildless or not. It does not recharge. It does reset at midnight server time for a fresh 8 hours. Time does not carry over.

8 hours is actually plenty of time for most players to do what they want to do on a toon. The time only goes down when in active combat or in some instances.
If you bite some one, they get mad and smack you.
But if you lick them, you still get the flavor.
    And they think you're weird.

It doesn't have to do with factions, it's over the entire game. It's an enforced thing China gave us, because they have laws about how long you can be online playing a game or something like that, so they made it worthless to play after 8 hours.

Thankfully the timer will only go down when you're fighting mobs. I don't think I've ever run it under 6 hours and I'm on for well over 8 hours a day.
