Hello, is there a way of resetting Genie elemental points? b:surrender

    why not check at the genie npc (watcher of the earth)

    hint: the answer is yes. and hell tell you exactly what items are needed
    doublehint: look to see if he has any quests for you for freebies (cough listed on wiki or pwdatabase cough)

    This lvl 80 quest http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/18922 from Watcher of Earth npc gives you the item required to reset genie elemental points.
