"Server Error, PLease log off and try again" &/0r REPORT BUG

After the last update I have two issues:

EDITED 2014- 12- 24
now after the maintenance of yesterday the "Server Error, PLease log off and try again" was not showing for one day -.- BUT this issue started to showing again specially when I log in my characteres inside archo =.=:: (maybe a lot of bots, snowman+snow+ a loot of new lvl 100 with shinning/ laggy aerogear in just one city >.>it's not help me at all whit this issue)



1)I got this message when I logg in game: "Server Error, PLease log off and try again", which don't let me make actions, for example read the email, open the banker, hit an snoman, etc. <- it's like a dc, but I still can see the WC moving with new messages. Even sometimes my characteres log in without wearing some part of their clothes. Sometimes i didn't get this message, so I can logg my character , then in those cases I got my,,,

second issue
when I try to go to my desktop....


2) Also i have an issue with Alt + Tab (trying to switch windows cuz I usually make Dual Client)
cuz when I make this my client crashing, and I got a REPORT BUG
**** EDITED 2014- 12- 26 : now also crash my client even without make dual client ..if I got to destop and try to come back to the game ZAS ****REPORT BUG*** b:surrenderb:surrender

I already: used the Verify option twice, or 3 times whith 2 patches of game
at beginning seems to work , but still I have both issues
First one: keeps the "Server Error, PLease log off and try again" message
Second one: the game keeps give me : BUG REPORT and close the client when i try to go to my desktop.

    Now I only have the problem when I switch windows, my client crash, I use dual client

    now i justhave the second problem : crash my client when i make dual client and try to switch windows which can be for:
    - " Alt + Tab " or
    - "pressing windows key to got the desktop and then click at the client"
    The problem is for any way I make at the end i only got crash my client whith an annoying REPORT BUG     b:surrenderb:surrender

    Upload the client side logs after it crashes next time. Far more helpful then your specs considering the fact that its prolly just a screwed up client u have.

    perfect world international/element/logs <-- just zip logs and done.

    I have new information my client now crashed even without reachh /make Dual client =-=
    Now just I need to go to my desktop and then when try to comeback to game ZAS **REPORT BUG***

    lol well i use this one , to state that the
    "Server Error, PLease log off and try again" mesage is showing again, even one day i didn't got anyone _o_
    welll at least SOMETIMES after wait a time or restart the client I don't get that one =-=

    lol lol

    but anyway ...my main problems is stilll the crasehed cliente wen I go to my desktop and then try to comeback to game (lol now even without make Dual client)

    Can't tell u 100% why it crashes because ur getting different types of crashes like server error, bug reports, alt tab crash etc etc. Logs do tell that your client is missing stuff it should have. I would suggest repatching the client.

    nope just drop the version down and repatch the client (would be loads easier with a manual patch but thanks pwe for making it hard!)

    First I want to say thanks again Malord for the help you give me,
    now I take the chance to inform (just in case this can be help someone else) all it seems like I finally fix my problem without repacht the client (cuz it could taked me too much time) so I keep trying alternative options like:

    - verified the game files (didn't work)
    - updated my graphics driver (didn't work)
    - adding the game folder/files to my exceptions list in my antivirus and firewall software (actually this was already done ,before take some problems)
    - changed the level of my UAC settings , even I turned them off (this dind't help me so later I put again like it was at beginning)

    After try several things finally got the light with this, thank too JackHammer

    Changing the Compatibility mode of Windows XP Service Pack 2 was my solution b:pleased


    Actually I stoped to try anymore, so I was giving my last try, before repacth o even reinstal the game, when woot finally work it
