My experience is stucked at 50.3% (Lv. 102 Reawakened)

Hi guys, I am having problem with my main character. After finishing a quest or killing a mob I am not getting any experience, when I finish a quest I can notice that my experience bar goes up, but it immediately goes back to 50.3% after a split second. Thank you in advance

    Did you activate your ancient tome?
    press C and lower left corner is ancient tome, if the button in new window says "sleeping" then your exp will go into book to level your pre reawakening levels.
