How to level up on level 100?

Hi guys, pretty quick question, once reached level 100, what should I do to level up? What kind of dailies are worth being done? Crazy Stone? BH? Others I'm not aware about? Took a long brake so I'm pretty off!

    - Phoenix Valley (PV100)
    - Bounty Hunter (BH100)
    - Morai Dailies (exp)
    - Guild Base Dailies (exp)
    - Primal World Dailies (exp + materials needed to upgrade passive skills + FS coins)
    - Flow Silver (FS - War Avatar cards)

    Keep in mind the last two options are only available if you have rebirthed and reached 100 once again. Also, what do War Avatar cards have to do with experience? O_O. With the glitch in FC that once allowed people to hyper fixed i.e. (removed), PV 100 runs are going to be your best bet. Depending on your gear/class/skill you could solo runs and buy people to open for you. If not, you can go with a group. Also, don't forget the Paper Clip quest, I heard they shortened it a little bit. The other stuff I agree with.
