i sent this in as a ticket but support told me to come here.

anyway i got the celestial vale coupon on my level 57 veno that hasnt reawakened yet and the coupon wont work and i have plenty of bag spaces so i have no idea what to do

    I had the same issue on my sin. Got the ticket, but it doesn't disappear and replace with pack, which it did automatically on other char. My sin is 86, not rb, has enough space in bag and enough quest slots.

    I sent in a ticket, I'll update if they reply.
