Problem creating new account

Having a problem creating a new account for new class.when ever im done filling out my new email and passwords i get this

Congratulations, your Arc account is almost ready for use! We have sent an email to the address you provided, and it should arrive shortly. Please click the link in your email to complete the activation of your account.

PWI doesnt send anything to my email and its been over 24 hours and i tried 4 new accounts all the same problem...Please anyone help. b:bye

    Did you check your spam folder? maybe it was sent there
