Has anyone been able to bring back the old interface? If you did, tell me how plz. Current one is burning my eyes.

    And the color fonts they chose for the brown **** interface are just terrible. Like on the Illusion stone. Green text and brown frame, are they trying to blind us all? Also look at merchant Sokka (the guy that trades you stuff from sky pirate for goods) good luck trying to read there. I'm pretty sure that whoever chose those colors doesn't see like most people.

    theme change is now a debug command. if you don;t know how to use debug I suggest searching online for the method.

    the command is d_theme

    Don't know what being a **** has to do with anything.

    Anyhuu, yeah change sucks, I don't like it much either but we'll get used to it.

    The problem is i would imagine changing interface would effect the ability to learn skills right? Since the old interface didnt have skill learning through the skill menu but the new one does....and the NPCs are gone now so...idk if this is for sure just thought i would mention this.

    I was looking at the inventory window which is one of the ones that doesnt change. There isn't much difference now between theme 1 and theme 0. Theme 0 was the older compact ui but has been replaced by the brown ui. Theme 1 is the blue crystal UI but now a lot of the windows there are brown too.

    Ok, I partially got the interface back. This is how I did it.

    First you need to open notepad and write the next line[HTML]elementclient.exe game:cpw console:1[/HTML]

    Then save that file as whateveryouwantonameit.batch and place that file on the same folder as elemenclient.exe

    Now open a client with arc, and leave it there open. Next go to the folder where we you just put that batch file, and start it. That will launch pw and console window in which you can do nothing. Then log on any char.

    Rest of instructions are in this album

    Personally, this doesn't look like a fix. You need to use that command everytime you start the game, and as you can see some parts don't look very well, like the character picture.

    both UIs were updated for 1.5.2

    on a sidenote...

    Well that's how I found out how to do it. The "google is your friend" card only works when you are looking for a fact, but when it's a process you are just gonna learn it your own way. If I had known a better way I would had post it.

    No, thank you. I already wrote the command. Thanks for not helping at all. I can't believe you have time and willingness to write this stupidity, but was totally incapable of giving such simple instructions.     Sounds better than taunting people without even giving a hint of the right direction, IMO. At least most of the time people don't look for basic stuff on their own folks give them a clue of what to do and where to go.

    ... and the use of the console isn't exactly something that's wide-spread.
