    I would guess like any of the other mag classes, but seeing as I don't plan on making one, others may have a better idea.

    Yes this ^ It's a DD and nothing else, pretty strong one too, so 1 str 9 mag every 2 levels until str capped at 55

    9 mag 1 str every 2 levels works as well. That's how I do magic classes - I stat them per 10 points.
