New update?

So i just looked at the times for when they said the update should be ready to download and i thought it was ment to be ready 50mins ago am i wrong or is there some delay, or do i need a manual patch?

    My launcher won't update. It doesn't recognize that there is a patch update so I can't even update it lol. The expansion should be live already. Idk what's up with my Arc.

    The game is in maintenance RIGHT NOW. The patch will not be live for another 7 hours.

    And it's incorrect, I asked for the same reason as I was online when that said the event was happening, which is impossible during maintenance. It's happening now.
