Banned?

So I havent done anything wrong. I am just standing outside west arch and then bam I get booted, banned for 8min, then banned for a year. I looked through my email and didn't have any new messages. That means its a mistake right? How would one mistakenly bann a specific account out of hundreds of thousands for a year? Is it easy? I play on a pve sever, but I pk all the time. Help pls!

    Send in a ticket and see if that helps

    Send a ticket, I also got banned by mistake. (In my case i had the "Banned Region/Proxy" message and i live in US and i dont use proxy's so.. yeah.. by mistake)

    ... I'm of mind that if you PK a lot on a PVE server, you're doing it wrong to begin with... b:laugh
