Thinking about returning, any updates?

Hello,

I haven't been on Perfect World in about three years ago maybe. How has the game become? I have a mystic, psychic, blademaster, and a cleric all about level 100. Which class is better out of all of them? Pros, cons?

I keep hearing the game is too over powered now. The only way you can get there is with a credit card b:laugh which was how it was then, too.

And can I play this game for one to two hours a day and be fine? I used to play for hours and hours... I can't do that anymore.

Anyway, give me your thoughts, please. Thanks!

    Wait until the 16th, we have two new classes coming, also, if you ahve any of the older class alts, you can instantly boost them to 95 when the expansion goes live

    Automatically to lvl 95? That easily? Is there new levels or something?

    Yeah idk why they doing this, and no the level cap is still 105.

    It's more of a cash shop item them than anything I think. This news came out not long ago on this and we don't know much about it yet.

    You have the best asset you can have right now - multiple characters already leveled to 100. Yes, you can play only a couple hours a day and be fine using all these characters to your advantage :

    bh100's are all generally quick (EU or Locen path in AEU being notable exceptions), FSP runs are generally quick (FSP is a new dungeon). You could do a few of each a day to make decent coin. Depending on the bh, you can knock a bunch out in very little time (tt 3-1 bh, for example, is only a few mins to do, you could knock out 4 of them in a half hour or faster if they are on different accounts and can dual-log them). It ups the chances you'll get a coin reward, but also most rewards can be sold. And bh's like AEU have the added benefit of giving additional rewards (loot chest, which can be sold or opened)

    These characters don't need to be max geared to do these things either, as long as they are enough to contribute and not be a liability. I have multiple alts I run bhs with, and all these characters have been funding rank9 gear for one 'main' character.



    Level cap has not been raised, but now when you hit 100, you can 'reawaken' to level 1 and do it again (with all exp boosted to 4x, so its actually quick and easy) for more stat points. And then yet again for even more stat points. Max level now is 105/105/105

    No. The expensive gear which entices people to cash shop mostly requires level 101 - so PWI is trying to get people there faster. It's a direct copy from World of Warcrafts "boost to level 80" advertisement I'm guessing. A pity, because this will again create an influx of players who boost something to 95 without any clue on how to play it.
