Not getting Spend Promotion Reward Points

I bought a 11* yesterday and 3, 12* orbs today and I went to redeem my bonus points, yet it says I have 0 points and there is nothing in my transaction history, what's going on?

    Maybe they still checking if your stuff is legit.

    only get points if charge zen and transfer it to pwi
    its not a spend promo

    I bought 10 packs, got a DoD, bought 70 more, got a DoT and other stuff, sold them all, bought more packs and just to say that total I spent around 100 gold which should give me 5000 points... yet I have 0, just thought they were late, should we start sending tickets?xD

    But, every single time they said this, it counted when you spend... it wouldn't even make sense otherwise. Why? Because you can no longer choose the game you want to spend your zen on with arc.

    Before, I could understand it would give you 50 points per 100 zen you transfer to any game (this is the only way they could mean it...) and 100 points when that game was PWI. Now, since that is not possible, you spend your zen when you charge to PWI... Are you telling me that each gold charged = 150 points and not 100? If so, why did they complicate and not just write "1 gold = 150 points"?

    EDIT:
    Well, Of course you can still charge to other games, but then, why wouldn't they say "100 zen spent on ANY game = 50 points"... I'm sorry, but even though I see your point, to me at least, it doesn't make sense.

    The "Points" are found through the "Charge Rewards" on this ARC platform / the PWI website... of which you need to buy ZEN in order to accumulate points.

    The "spending promo" will send you a stupid worthless pos diamond ring per 40 gold spent in your in-game mailbox, which is absolutely useless unless you are married. I got 2 of those and npc'ed them both. I would have prefered they not bother giving anything, rather than giving that. b:beatenup

    This. Only interest in that is flooding the mailbox. This is just a proof they don't know the game, trying to satisfy people by giving useless stuff...

    They now call zen gold. Every single promotion it is called gold now. If you go check the charge page you now load gold, not zen. I just checked.
