how to get Star Reset Plate?

Good evening,
I have a problem regarding find a way to get an Star Reset Plate.
I know that it come only in bid time but I play in Lost City server, and Bid time is 5 am at my timezone.
Is there any way i can get this item?

    No other way to get it except from AH or from a player, have someone in your faction or friends list bid on it and then pay them back the coin they spent for the star plate.

    no, sometimes 1-2 times a week, sometimes once a month
