Unable to Open Arc

about half an hour ago, I got disconnected from Server, so I went exit the game and signed out Arc and then re-opening it again to sign-in.. that's when the Arc window will not open... I didn't do anything beside's Signing-out to re-open the window.. anyone can help me here?b:surrender

    b:cry any Help here?... Tried to run the Arc as administrator too but it wont run. it was running for me perfectly fine even though it was very very laggy in-game.. now, the Arc wont even respond anymore

    It didn't work for me either. had to ctrl/alt/delete and end the arc process. Then I went to http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/pwi and clicked on games, found PWI, and hit play. It asked me if I wanted to install the ARC client, I then was able to repair the launcher from there. I hope this helps you.

    same thing happened to my wifes laptop, this worked perfect. -- this should probably be stickied for a few days b:laugh

    i just got alert message in Arc. Something like "Arc is experiencing periodic performance difficulties. The issue is being investigated."

    My wife had the same issue some hours ago, found out that running the ArcRepair.exe helped a bit - the client is still a bit slow and shakey, but working b:pleased
