As per the suggestion of this thread in GD , I have made a tracert from me to HT and these were the results from 3 traces

Issue seems to be popping up somewhere between AT&T and AS12182 Internap Network Services Corporation

    That device just isn't returning ping requests.

    I'm pretty certain it's server-side at this point. I posted in the thread in GD...

    There is absolutely no question it is server side!
    In game ping was 15,070 when I logged on a few minutes ago. There is some serious issues regarding data flow at or near the PWI servers!

    Time between chat message sent and displayed (in game) was exactly 120 seconds (2 minutes), just before being disconnected from server.

    When I say it is ABSOLUTELY server side, I mean that I KNOW it is NOT my LAN or local (isp) related.

    This SERIOUS lag issue has occurred AFTER the server resets on 11/18.

    i have no lag at all nor did have any lag for more then half a year so ya i dont think its server side its somewhere between you and the server not much pwi can do about it ijs

    I should probably have added in that during the 5~6 years I've been playing, I've never had this problem. It's only been happening the past couple of days.

    This is an AT&T IP again. Do you have AT&T as well?

    Everyone I've talked to that has this problem has AT&T, but the issue is only happening on the west coast servers which leads me to believe that this isn't an AT&T issue, but either the step between AT&T and PWE's west coast servers, or an issue with PWE's west coast servers handling incoming AT&T traffic.

    I'd also like to note, that newer toons with less data and history don't seem to have much trouble. However my higher level toons seem to have more problems. I've tested this not just with my accounts, but with several other people in a variety of different locations in relation to the server.

    So far, ALL the data shows an exemplary connection right up to PWE's ISP, and then once it hits their load balancers and databases, we're having the issues.
    Basically completely supporting my current standing theory that most likely an issue with the name database servers, and also possibly with internal server communications.

    Trace route to Sanctuary Server same problem, drops out just before bbnet server.

    I have reported problem to AT&T U-verse.

    I can access just fine on my T-Mobile cellphone Net which I did from work on my lunch hour, but lack 4G coverage at home to do so there.
