What I miss that old system had arc does not

What I miss most about the old system is being able to see who chars where in what faction. I like to know if members are in another faction. Use to be able to tell in the old sytem or look up the faction and see the members This was easier to bid on tw this way too. Kinda let you know ahead of time who you would be fighting most likely. Anyway just a input to make it easier for officers to check people out prior to inviting them. b:surrender

    Yeah, Core was a pretty useful tool. Sparkie claimed they were going to introduce it into Arc.

    If you guys aren't going to do that, or it's still a long ways out, bring Core back. It was buggy as hell sure, but it was better than nothing. We know how yall are about keeping your word, or doing things in a timely manner....

    The thing I miss the most is the join dates on guilds. But the tool had several other great uses. I wonder if these join dates are being recorded somewhere to migrate into Arc.

    With Core, it was all pulled from the server's databases and character ID panels, so Arc could easily have the same data.

    the problems they had with Core were mostly in the transfer of data between the database and the web interface. Since the server code hasn't been changed, (and I'm not seeing the huge improvement we were led to believe the next upgrade is supposed to be), that's not likely to change unless they start hiring some real developers.

    I miss those things a lot too. It made it a lot easier when someone applied to join the faction, but then never seemed to be online.... back then I could check and often found out they were either on the wrong server or had spelled their name incorrectly in the post. It was also helpful to see if the person had joined a faction since applying so we could stop wasting energy trying to find them lol.

    yes is hard to know now also didnt it use to show when last on line I know we see in faction area but was so easy back then b:surrender

    Funny thing is... I was somewhat annoyed because Core made stalking folks a lot easier since even if you hid your profile folks could still find you.

    Won't deny it was useful for the same reason when it came to faction type stuff and the like. And being able to actually display characters was also helpful.

    That and I miss the (admittedly often wrong) kill counts and achievements as they were pretty neat to have.
