Tigers event

This week I did the tigers event and got 10th place among wizards. In the menu it said I should get 10 bronze packs but when i took the quest from the mailbox I received the item to give to the head hunter, but no bronze packs. I do not know if this is a glitch or something else, but the chinese letter popped up on the screen like usual, but i just didnt get the bronze packs

I sent in a ticket, and they recommended I post the issue here also, so I am

    In this situation, unless you have a screenshot of your contribution at the end of the event, they will likely not give you the packs.

    I sent it in with a screenshot if the tigers quest menu showing I was supposed to get packs, but I'm not holding out hope to be honest
