Skill bar showing duplicate skills, can't get it to stop

Hello, I've had this problem ever since I started playing pwi, and I've always grinned and bared it. However as I've leveled, more skill bar slots became necessary, forcing me to seek a solution to this problem.

The hotkey skills (F1-F9) are duplicating themselves, sometimes on the row right above the hotkeys and sometimes on the very top row. If I remove a skill from the hotkey row, the skill will remove itself from one of those two other rows. If I assign a skill to a hotkey, then that skill will insert itself into the same spot on another row.

Someone once suggested making sure the little icons to the left of the row were selected/deselected. However this makes no difference.

I was wondering if anyone had a solution to this. It's not game wrecking, and I suppose I could continue to live with it, but it'd be awfully nice to figure out why this is doing it.

It's not actually that it's duplicated.

What's going on is you have your hotkeys fully extended so you can see all the shortcuts you have. That's 3 rows for F1-F8 keys and 5 rows for 1 to 0. However, the bottom row (which people mistake for a fourth/sixth row fairly often) is merely to show you what your current ACTIVE ones are since v and the ~ key cycle your active hotkeys.

So the changes you make to whatever your active hotkeys are are reflected in the row the actual hotkeys are on, but to you it will seem like it's duplicated.

To avoid overlap with the active hotkeys, click the arrow in the middle to extend them one at a time. Of course, you'll see duplicates if you use ~ or v to shift your active hotkeys after that, but that's just how things go.

Ah...I hadn't thought of it like that. It does make sense. Thank you so much!
