So anyone else still missing orb ocean reward from last promo?? I recieved the A packs but never got any Orb Ocean yet... I made 4 tickets and system auto removed 3 of them and for the first one theyr replied this:

I wanna say *** U TROLL YOURSELF! This damn promo was from last month which finished on 25th I think, but after 18 days I miss reward still, WTF is wrong when it comes to support PWI starts acting sht and poker face!

    it mean that u need to wait and stop sending tickets, if ur ticket gone, then the gm deleted it cause u sending alot tickets, be patient and wait for them

    I have the same problem.
    But support sad me: "Just wait man :3" - like this b:laugh

    Be patient and wait. You're not supposed to send in new tickets after auto responses. Those are just to let you know your ticket went through.

    When you get a real response from a person, that's when you collaborate with them to get things resolved.

    Granted, if you acted as you did in this post towards them then it's no wonder they'd be less likely to want to deal with you.

    How long more should I wait u think?? Are u Guys "producing those from mats u dig from mines" ?? If so then okay, but seriously 19 days with today! I Wonder how long more we should wait..... And I didnt make new ticket after auto answer, i made new tickets 7 days after promo's end, while I recieved one response from support team, saying we are solving the problem n will send em out! WTF u think people are? I must admit PWI GMs and support Team suck when it comes to support! learn more from other gaming Companies!

    PRETTY MUCH I asssure u pretty much! The game is getting lame every damn day, and put the blame on GMs! Once people start leaving they will understand but then it's too late b:laugh
