Missing Check-ins

I personally had no problem so far, but my friend did. She has been noticing that some of her alts have been missing the check in even though she does it, At first she thought she was just not paying attention or confusing the alts she had checked in... Until she decided to start taking note and writing the name and date of the alts she was checking in... There is definitely something going wrong because they kept missing a couple of days and she checked in (and yes, it was on that day, before reset).

Even though that is true, at least in my friend's case that is not the problem, we have noticed that glitch ever since it was implemented. Also, I said that she logs several alts, when she does she logs them in, checks in, logs out and then next... Still, the toons have been missing days.

I had and have the same issue over and over. A couple of times I sent in tickets to receive the reward, but now I'm tired of sending it every month and discussing about how I really checked in, so I stopped. It's still happening though.

Well I submitted this as a ticket originally after all the East Coast servers went down and I had noticed that, even after logging in each day, it wasn't showing that it up that I was logged in more than 1 day.

I submitted my original ticket on 11/07/2014, after the Eastern servers came back online:

"you guys have the game back up and running now, I know that it took a ton of time. However there are still issues that remain. Prime example in proof of having been logged in and checked in each day BUT... due to the downtime of the server, it rolled me back to not having my 5 chances at meridian a day again. It's saying I've only been logged in 1 day in a row but, as the calander shows, that is not the case as I have checked in the whole month so far." along with the SS



I was replied to about submitting here on the 8th. I had to ask around, that it wasn't just me first. I found out that no, it's not so. I have taken another SS since it is still taking place now. I have been logging in every day when I come in and it still tells me I've only been consecutively logged in for 1 day. As you can see, all the days have been checked off already.

Meridian reset is different time. You can easily have every day checked in. Meridian resets same time as hypers.

My husband and i have this same horrible issue! We check in at the same time everyday and somehow it says he misses days when i do not, we both miss days and we do not and so on! It has him miss just enough to actually never gotten the rewards sense this thing has been up! I have gotten 5/6 rewards and we play everyday on multiple toons. We have tried saying logged in longer, moving, checking twice and still will say you missed a day when i know and he knows we checked in! This i swear is either broken or they really do not a lot of people getting rewards. b:surrender

I too, have "Missed" days, so says the Calender Record except the fact I've N E V E R missed a Saturday 2:00 p.m. T.W. & I always try to maintain a strict daily sign-in time- 2:30 p.m. +/- 15 at most minutes- to prevent such erroneous mishaps when I am obviously present. I really don't want to organize the time/effort taken upon my behalf to be here, to also seclude a specific folder dedicated to daily sign-in screenshots when the H.T. Server Time Stamping should be chronalizing this for us; Ya Think!?b:angry

The checkin button doesn't automatically refresh itself after maintenance. If you click on the "Check Record" button after midnight however it will activate the button and you can check in directly without relogging. Might be what is tripping some people up.

Check ins reported as "missed" after you've pushed the button suggest you've had some short-term rollbacks on your server. But usually there's more crying if there's rollbacks...
