    The charge is down for me also. PWI has got to work on this game or we will all quit playing it.
    I dced 30 min after I logged on. I just don't have time for this.

    Just tried to so that I could see if it was actually down, and yeah, it's currently down. The only thing PWE is able to keep up is... Nothing. The only way PWE can make a profit is if the servers are up and running (often they are not), and the billing/charge section is operation (which it's currently down).

    So typical, the one time I'd like to charge to buy something for myself and not others, it doesn't even work..

    PWE's loss, really. The fact that it was down during normal business hours and they didn't even mention that it was down and/or it came back up, is means for not spending any cash on a PWE-title. Perhaps, when they are forced to restructure departments and lay off significant amounts of staff, they will also restructure management of the customers and support as key areas of focus.

    Until then, why spend money on a company that clearly doesn't care one way or another and more often than not supports the pay to win model via gear for cash?
